How to Jailbreak iPad 2 or iPhone 4S running iOS 5.1.1

Step 1


Download Absinthe for your computer:

Windows version

Mac version

Linux version

Step 2

Make sure your device running iOS 5.1.1. If not, update your device.

Step 3

Make sure iTunes is not running, open Absinthe and connect your device to your computer.

Step 4

Now, you can see your device name in absinthe's window. Click the "Jailbreak" button to jailbreak your device.
